8/4/07...the dream has ended
yep, ive made the decision to close zero's doors, probably forever. i created the concept for zero on a stoned morning in school, and on february 1st it came to life. that 17 day period on zero v1 on proboards were a lot of fun, and it really took me back to the TWF days. v2 on clicdev (this site, you cunt), was seven days away from its 5 month birthday upon closing.
i admittedly grew an attachment to the zero franchise, being that it was my baby through and through, however i feel that there's nothing else to build toward, and it is a good time to close the chapter on the zero era, if not for good at least for the time being. bottom line, i created zero with the intention of zero commitments, stress, or bullshit...if it goes any farther, i may have to start to worry, and tha'ts not going to happen. zero served its purpose.
be all that as it may, i do intend to creatre a new forum, probably on proboards. that's definetley happening. ive got a name, concept, everything all ready. i think it could be good. and ruch and JC dont know it but they've already been reserved red stars. thing is, summer is a bad time to try and get traffic generating at forums, soooo probably once i have a clear head and have adjusted to college. lets shoot for early october, kay?
big thanks to JC for holding it down with the original site, his admin work, and the countless amounts of people he attracted to the site, couldnt have done it without you, no homo. thanks to jer for the convos on how to get zero back on its feet, they were much appreciated, we've got the new place to look forward to. huge thanks to baker for the many pecard's pits we shared...all gold, and ill make sure to save them. and just thanks to everyone else who stood by the site and enjoyed yourselves, it really does mean something to me.
